During my Fall Semester, I joined Spinach Records as a Research & Data Analyst Intern. During my time at Spinach Records I created artist onboarding modules, developed marketing strategies for artists on the Spinach & Atlantic Records teams, as well as facilitating independent research projects targeted towards artist sustainability and artist mental health.
One feat from my time at Spinach Records is the direct support my research contributed for the inclusion of Spinach Records on the 2024 Warner Music Group Impact Report.
